To ensure a successful and sustainable start with the new company or the new function, we accompany and coach managers during the first 3 months at their workplace. In this context it is important that our client is willing and open to talk about possible critical factors in the relevant working environment and to discuss and analyse it with us. Often, this involves challenging or suboptimal team structures, individual employees in a team or critical tasks.
